Discover the Neurodivergent Strengths and Traits Inventory, a transformative tool associated with the second training in my clinician series entitled, "Embracing Neurodiversity: Affirming Case Conceptualizations and Treatment Planning."

This inventory was designed to help therapists provide affirming care for ADHD'ers and Autistic clients. This 14-page document features 24 neurodivergent traits, each with affirming definitions, and associated strengths and challenges to highlight the diverse experiences of neurodivergent individuals.

Using a Likert-type scale, therapists can create personalized client profiles that visually represent the presence and magnitude of each trait, offering a clear perspective on how these traits manifest in each individual. This tool can support clinicians foster positive identity development in therapeutic work by more directly identifying and addressing environmental barriers.
